I ordered this while in Alaska. It arrived in 3 days using the free shipping. Way to go Amazon. Unfortunately, it can not pick up any Dish Satellites at all from Alaska. In the manual it shows that coverage is only in the lower 48. That info should have been in the product description. This was quite a disappointment, I miss the news. I’ll keep it as we will eventually return to the continental US. I hope it works when we go south.

This antenna could have not been easier to install and use. It took about five minutes to cable the antenna and under one minute for the antenna to find the satelite. I purchased the optional tripod. Now I have to come up with a security cable system to help keep it from wandering off.

I bought this product because just like alot of my other fellow RVr’s I became frustrated after trying numerous times to find a signal for sometimes hours at a time. This product truly does everything it says it will do. I completely recommend it. Helpful Hint: I have a 5th wheel toy hauler with only one 12V cig style outlet. I plug a converter into that outlet and then plug my sat receiver and TV into the converter. I then plug my Winegard Sat into my truck. This allows me to keep constant power to the dish so it doesn’t have to reset each time I start my generator. This allows me to watch TV without having to have my generator on the whole time and I didn’t have to buy a converter for my Winegard plug.

Product works as advertised. The setup is quick and easy after the first time. It took the dish receiver some time to change to the correct switch setting. Now it is very fast. The switch between satellites is almost seamless. Great product

This product is so simple to use! Much more convenient that a dish on a tripod, etc.
