It works fine turning the tv on and off and the volume is fine also. But it is not connecting to the receiver. We have two tvs tv1 & tv2, its the control for tv2 that is not working. Help please , it is NOT the batteries.

I know Dish Network has them, but the DIRECTV receiver is so much smaller, and I can’t find any component av cable inputs.
I meant outputs.
For example, if you have DIRECTV and a PS3, how can you hook them up to play the PS3 on your TV?
